
Polish research team under leadership of Prof. Michał Brzeziński is one of the laureates in the international CHANSE "Enhancing Well-being for the Future" program coordinated by the National Science Centre. Congratulations!
The WELLSIM project is one of four projects carried out with the participation of Polish research teams successful in this call, for which a total of 159 projects were submitted, 10 of which received funding. The aim of the project is a multidimensional study of well-being and inequality by using a microsimulation approach that modulates the overall course of a person's life. Researchers will study the determinants of subjective well-being, taking into account the impact of personal and socio-economic crises. The main area of interests will focus on the issue of the effectiveness of interventions in socio-economic policy in terms of strengthening the resilience of well-being to events and crises. Researchers from Germany, Spain, Sweden and Great Britain will cooperate in the project.
