We invite you to discuss this year's Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences - October 16, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. online.

During the seminar "Institutions in economic research", moderated by the Head of the Department of Political Economy, prof. Łukasz Hardt, we will talk about how the works of Daron Acemoglu, Simon Johnson and James Robinson influenced the research conducted at the Department of Political Economy and discuss why the economic analysis of institutions is not only cognitively important, but why it can also be potentially attractive in application.
